The Future of Anoma - Server Time Skip

It has been 23 days since we launched the server. Although we've had some unexpected events, we are still committed to seeing the server continue. Anoma currently holds the record for the earliest war declared by one faction on another—it only took 3 days. Since then, the scenario has been locked into a state of predetermined motives driving every action. This state was exacerbated when the Qaydari attacked their liege lord. Although we allowed it to happen and gave 2 weeks for any necessary preparations or reparations, the Qaydari faction lost interest as they saw no way out without losing.
The scenario concept is one of constant warfare, allowing people to do what they enjoy—fight and roleplay—with a clear divider between the two: the war ticket system. However, it is clear that the ticket system, which prohibits all conflict, doesn't work, as factions do not want to create those tickets but instead take matters into their own hands. This has resulted in the rule being broken multiple times, with subsequent voiding of scenes.
But we all know what happened, and there's no point in pointing fingers. Those who wish to roleplay will remain, while those who seek to entertain themselves at the expense of others are gone. What matters now is what will happen next.
On Sunday, September 1st, at 12 am BST, we will shut down the server and reopen it on Friday, September 6th, at 6 pm BST. This downtime will serve as a time skip that allows us to do many things:

On Sunday, September 1st, at 12 am BST, we will shut down the server and reopen it on Friday, September 6th, at 6 pm BST. This downtime will serve as a time skip that allows us to do many things:
- 1 year has passed. One year will be a sufficient time to reflect the changes that have come to the scenario and allow players to process it in-character. It also allows for new fortifications to be put in place for the destroyed keep.
- A new faction rises from the Qaydari ruins. The new faction will be led by Saturn, a former senior admin, and Martin, a former vineyard manager. This faction will differ from its predecessor that occupied the same place. It will be a fairer match-up to the other faction in terms of gear and offer a different roleplay venue as a "less than reputable business."
- All craftsmen will receive T2. The initial goal was to give all craftsmen T2 in mid to late September, but this time skip allows us to do that earlier than expected. Those craftsmen who worked hard to reach this goal will still have the advantage of reaching T3 before others. T3 now requires 250 hours of crafting.
- We will map all finished building requests. There are plenty of Building Requests that aren't mapped in yet. We have already begun mapping them, and some are already finished. In a week's time, we'll have the opportunity to map in all the finished BRs, as well as communicate with anyone who hasn't finished theirs to possibly have it mapped in as well.
- Loosen the war mechanics restrictions. As mentioned in a previous announcement on Discord, we will be loosening some of the fighting restrictions to encourage more frequent conflict. However, these wars will only have significant consequences if they are followed by a war ticket. This means that factions can get into fights—barring the safe zone, of course (which will be refined)—but these fights won't carry any significant consequences without a war ticket. Once a war ticket is made, all prisoners will be released and a set time will be determined for the war to occur.
- Recruit new staff. We are actively looking for new staff members. Experience is not required, as long as you genuinely care about the roleplay and have a positive standing in the community.
